QR code security: avoid phishing links
A QR only opens a destination faster — it does not make that destination safe.

Check the URL
Be careful with random stickers, public spaces, unknown posters and messages from strangers.
Do not sign in blindly
If a scan asks for bank or email login, verify the site address first.
